It's a backpack, right? I couldn't have been more wrong! The front of it (the red ranger) is slightly emphasized and is slightly raised(!) from the rest of the backpack and is plastic. The graphics are incredibly clear and stunning against the black backdrop. It doesn't have the roller/suitcase-like feature to avoid backstrain but if that's not a big deal for you (as it wasn't for me), this backpack is perfect. It has large solid shoulder straps and is quite durable. My husband saw it tonight for the first time and was blown away. I thought the pricetag might be a little high for him(once you include tax and s/h)but He wants me to order another one for our growing pre-K toddler!! Overall, it's roomy, sturdy, unique, and just all around spectacular.
