there is no measurement on this item. However I thought since it said toddler back pack it would be toddler size. It is not. This is a very small backpack meant for play not preschool or daycare. There should be a better description on this so buyer beware! I sent it back and Amazon was quick to refund it. Just know that this is really small and you wont be able to fit a folder or anything in it but maybe some play items.
